Samson Fuel & Trucking has been providing fuel delivery service to residential and commercial clientele throughout the City of Rochester and surrounding counties for more than 24 years. Our primary lines of business include on-site fueling to construction sites, on-site fleet services, and residential heating oil delivery. This year we have also introduced B-5 Heating Oil to our customers.

Construction Site Fueling
Samson Fuel & Trucking will service your construction equipment and stationary tanks on site, at your convenience. We provide the most direct, on-site fueling to construction sites. Projects such as the Airport Expansion, the Troup Howell Bridge Project and the Ridge Road West Expansion are just a few of our high profile contracts.

Home Heating Oil Delivery
Samson Fuel & Trucking provides heating oil and kerosene delivery to residential customers in Rochester and surrounding communities during the winter months. We currently hold the Monroe County Department of Social Services Contract and proud of having held this contract for the past 15 years. We are a participating supplier in the Heating Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), as well as the distributor for Price Energys heating oil program in Monroe County and surrounding areas.

Samson Fuel & Trucking provides home heating oil deliveries to residential and non-residential customers throughout Monroe and surrounding counties. Our professional technicians are available seven days a week to bring you friendly, courteous and prompt delivery of heating oil to your home, apartment or business. We also provide continuous response through our 24/7 answering service! Samson Fuel & Trucking's heating oil service includes two delivery options, Automatic Deliveries or Will Call Deliveries. Automatic Delivery service means Samson Fuel and Trucking will customize an automatic delivery schedule so that you never run out! With Will Call Deliveries, we will mail you a reminder to contact our office for a delivery. Regardless of the program you choose, Samson Fuel & Trucking will continually monitor your usage. This delivery type allows you to decide when to order a delivery and how much oil is delivered. All deliveries must meet a minimum of 50 gallons.
In addition to our delivery options, Samson Fuel & Trucking also offers several convenient payment options including C.O.D., major credit cards and pre-determined budget plans. With office approval, you may pay for your delivery via cash, money order or check. Or, with prior approval over the phone, you can pay with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.) If you are interested in budgeting for your fuel delivery, we will work with you to set up equal monthly payments that can be conveniently withdrawn throughout the year on your credit card.

Q: With oil prices rising, how can I manage my heating bills?
A: Samson Fuel offers a Budget Plan so that you can pay a smaller amount of money over a 12-month period rather than managing a handful of larger payments during heavy usage months.
Q: What if I have no heat and no money?
A: Samson Fuel & Trucking participates in the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) that assists eligible households by allocating a set dollar amount toward your heating needs. For information on how & where to apply, call Samson Fuel & Trucking at 585-254-6010 for assistance.
Q: How long will a tank of oil last?
A: That depends on a variety of things; how cold it is, where your tank is located, what your thermostat is set on, the size of your house/unit, how well insulated your home is and the size of your oil tank.
Q: How often should I order a heating oil delivery?
A: The best time to order a fill is when your tank gauge reads between 1/4 and 1/8.
Q: When can I expect my delivery?
A: Samson Fuel can make a delivery within 24 hours of placing your order, many times the same day, depending on your location. We will also work with you to provide a delivery at your convenience.
Q: What if I have an outside tank?
A: Samson Fuel offers a blended product to help prevent gelling during the winter months. We also offer Kerosene, which may be required in some Mobile Home Parks. Kerosene is delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the peak heating season, and should be scheduled 48 hours in advance. | | |
